Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 7 November 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and FullCorrect (operated by Learnworks Software) for using fullcorrect.com and app.fullcorrect.com. Creating an account means you accept them, along with the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
FullCorrect is an AI assistant for school teachers. It generates teaching artifacts on your instructions: question papers, lesson plans, teaching notes, slide decks, surveys, and marking of photographed answer sheets against a paper's answer key. You review, edit, and own what you do with the output.
2. Your account and security
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate details. Your account is personal: keep your password to yourself and don't share sessions.
Signing in uses your password plus a one-time code emailed to you. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.
Tell us immediately at support@fullcorrect.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
3. AI-generated content
FullCorrect's output is machine-generated and can contain mistakes: a wrong answer in a key, an off-syllabus question, a dated fact. You are the teacher; review everything before it reaches a student, a parent, or an exam hall.
Marking of student work is a suggestion to speed up your review, not a final grade. The final mark is always your professional judgement and your responsibility.
Don't upload student work you have no authority to process. Photographed answer sheets are used only to produce your marking result.
4. Acceptable use
- No attempts to break, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service.
- No using the service to generate unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory material.
- No reselling, scraping, or automated bulk access without our written permission.
- No uploading content that infringes someone else's rights.
5. Plans, billing, and refunds
The Free plan includes monthly quotas that reset each calendar month. Pro removes those quotas and is billed through Razorpay at the price shown at purchase, monthly or yearly.
You can cancel Pro any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period and doesn't renew after that. Amounts already paid aren't refunded except where the law requires, or where we failed to provide the service for a sustained period, in which case contact support and we'll put it right.
Prices can change; existing subscriptions keep their price until their current period ends and we'll tell you before a renewal at a new price.
6. Your content and ours
What you create with FullCorrect (papers, plans, notes, decks, surveys, marks) is yours. You can export and delete it.
The service itself, its design, software, and branding belong to us. These terms don't transfer any of that to you.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep FullCorrect fast and available, but it's provided as-is: features can change, be added, or be withdrawn, and occasional downtime happens, planned or not.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect losses, or for consequences of using unreviewed AI output in your teaching.
9. Termination
You can delete your account any time from Settings or by writing to support. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, after warning you unless the breach is serious. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction, after we've both made a genuine attempt to resolve the matter directly first.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For meaningful changes we'll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect; continuing to use FullCorrect after that means you accept the updated terms.
