Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 November 2026
This policy explains what FullCorrect (operated by Learnworks Software) collects about you, why, and what control you have. The short version: we collect what the product needs to work, your data stays in India, and we don't sell it to anyone.
1. What we collect
- Account: your name, email, and a hashed password. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
- Your work: the classes, chapters, timetable and calendar, papers, plans, notes, decks, surveys and chats you create, and preference facts you choose to tell the assistant.
- Marking photos: images of answer sheets you upload, used to produce your marking result.
- Usage: counts of what you generate (for the monthly free-plan quotas) and basic logs needed to run and secure the service.
- Billing: your subscription state. Card and payment details are collected and held by Razorpay, our payment processor; we never see your card number.
2. How we use it
To provide the product: generating your artifacts, remembering your classes and preferences, and sending the one-time codes that protect sign-in. To bill Pro subscriptions. To keep the service secure and fix problems. That's it: no advertising profiles, no selling or renting your data.
3. Artificial intelligence
Generation runs on AI models hosted on Amazon Web Services (Amazon Bedrock) in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region. Your prompts and content are processed there to produce your output and are not used by us or by AWS to train foundation models.
4. Where your data lives
Our database and AI processing run in AWS's Mumbai region: your data is stored and processed in India. Email delivery and content delivery may transit infrastructure outside India only to the extent those systems require.
5. Who else sees it
- Amazon Web Services: hosting, database, email delivery, AI models (as processors on our instructions).
- Razorpay: payment processing for Pro.
- No one else. We disclose data beyond this only if the law compels us, and we'll tell you unless legally barred.
6. Security
Passwords are bcrypt-hashed, sign-in requires an emailed one-time code, data moves over TLS, and the database is isolated inside a private network. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your work like we'd want ours treated.
7. Retention and deletion
Your data stays while your account is active. Deleting an artifact removes it from your library. Deleting your account removes your personal data and content within 30 days, except minimal billing records the law requires us to keep.
8. Your rights
You can access and export your work from the app, correct your details in Settings, and delete your account. Under India's DPDP Act you may also request a copy of, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and nominate someone to act for you: write to support@fullcorrect.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
9. Children
FullCorrect is for teachers, not students. We don't knowingly collect children's data; student names should not appear anywhere except, where unavoidable, inside answer-sheet photos you upload for marking, which are processed only for that purpose.
10. Changes and contact
If this policy changes meaningfully we'll notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Grievances and privacy requests: support@fullcorrect.com. Grievance officer details are available on request at the same address.
